About excluded countries

Hi, how are you all?

I just discovered this hackathon a few minutes before and looks interesting.

Reading the rules I found that the Hackathon is not open to "United States Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control". I'm not sure but I need you to confirm me if Venezuela is excluded too.

  Hi Jucel, As a whole, individuals from Venezuela are eligible, but there are specific individuals from Venezuela with U.S. sanctions against them that prevent their participation. Assuming you are not one of these people, you would be allowed to enter.
